1. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

1.1. You must register a customer account (“Account”) to place an order on the Website.

1.2. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that:

• all information provided is true, accurate, current, and complete; and
• you will promptly update your information if it changes.

1.3. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order. Customers below 18 years of age may only use the Website with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who shall be responsible for all actions and charges incurred.

1.4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Account that contains false, misleading, or incomplete information.

2. USE OF WEBSITE AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

2.1. You agree to provide accurate contact details (including email address and phone number) strictly for order processing and customer communication purposes.

2.2. Loong Fatt shall not be responsible for any delay, failure, or error in processing orders arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

2.3. You may request deletion of your Account by contacting [email protected], subject to applicable legal and record-keeping requirements.

3. PRODUCTS AND AVAILABILITY

3.1. All Products displayed on the Website are subject to availability.

3.2. We reserve the right to:

• modify, substitute, or discontinue Products at any time; and
• limit quantities per order.

3.3. Certain Products or promotions may be offered for a limited time only, as stated on the Website.

3.4. If a Product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and refund the affected amount accordingly.

4. PRICES AND PAYMENT

4.1. All prices displayed are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are not subject to Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.

4.2. Loong Fatt reserves the right to revise prices at any time prior to order confirmation. Price changes shall not affect orders that have already been accepted and confirmed.

4.3. All online payments made through the Website are processed by Omise (https://www.omise.co/en), an independent third-party payment service provider, and are accepted via PayNow only.

4.4. An order is deemed accepted only after:

• payment has been successfully processed by Omise; and
• you receive an order confirmation email from us.

4.5. If payment is rejected, declined, or reversed by the payment provider or bank, the order shall be automatically cancelled.

4.6. Ownership of the Products remains with Loong Fatt until full payment has been received.

4.7. Loong Fatt shall not be liable for unauthorised or fraudulent payment transactions processed through third-party payment providers.

4.8. Loong Fatt reserves the right, at its discretion, to refuse or cancel any order (including after payment) due to product unavailability, suspected fraud, system error, or other operational reasons. In such cases, a full refund of the affected amount shall be issued.

5. COLLECTION, DELIVERY, AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

5.1. Self-collection only
Loong Fatt does not provide delivery services. All orders are for in-store self-collection only.

5.2. Third-party collection
If you engage a third-party service (e.g. courier, rider, or representative) to collect Products on your behalf:

• such arrangement is strictly between you and the third party; and
• Loong Fatt shall not be liable for any loss, damage, delay, or missing items once Products are handed over.

6. AMENDMENTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND UNCOLLECTED ORDERS

6.1. Any request to amend or cancel an order must be made at least one (1) day prior to the scheduled collection date.

6.2. Refunds will only be issued where:

• a genuine quality issue is identified upon reasonable assessment by Loong Fatt; or
• a Product is unavailable and cannot be fulfilled.

6.3. No refunds or exchanges are permitted once Products have been collected, except where required under applicable Singapore consumer protection laws.

6.4. If an order is not collected on the scheduled collection date:

• the Customer may reschedule collection within seven (7) calendar days from the original collection date; and
• failing which, the order shall be deemed forfeited and cancelled without refund.

7. SALES OUTSIDE THE WEBSITE

7.1. Products sold through third-party channels (including group buys, resellers, or unauthorised platforms) are not covered by these Terms.

7.2. Loong Fatt shall not be responsible for:

• product quality, hygiene, or condition; or
• repackaging or handling by third parties outside our control.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1. All content on the Website, including trademarks, logos, text, images, and designs, are the intellectual property of Loong Fatt Tau Sar Piah or its licensors.

8.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Loong Fatt shall not be liable for:

9.2. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under Singapore law.

10. FORCE MAJEURE

Loong Fatt shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, fire, flood, power outages, government restrictions, pandemics, labour disputes, or system failures.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

10.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.

10.2. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

10.3. A person who is not a party to these Terms shall have no rights under the Contract (Rights of Third Parties) Act 2001 to enforce any provision herein.
